• A semen straw sealer or impulse heat sealer should be used to seal the inner straw end. If an impulse heat sealer is used, hold the sealer down on the inner capillary for 3 to 4 seconds to ensure a perfect seal.
• For sealing the straw capillary, we recommend using an impulse heat sealer, as it ensures a fast, consistent, and airtight seal, crucial to maintaining the integrity of the biological material. In addition, its impulse-controlled operation prevents overheating, offering precision and ease of use. To ensure an optimal seal, hold pressure on the sealer for a few seconds to ensure a perfect seal. While applying pressure, pull the straw back in a firm and controlled manner to complete the process.
